The Williamstown Certificate of Approval (COA) Application and related documents can be found online by going to the VDH Mental Health Futures Web page and, scrolling to the bottom of the page to the section under the heading of: Certificate of Approval to Develop a Community Residential Recovery Program in Williamstown, Vermont.

Read a news story regarding the public hearing, which was held at 4:00 PM last Thursday (August 3, 2006) at the Pavilion Building auditorium [and, which by the way had very little, if any, advance -- or rather, widely announced -- public notice or warning], concerning the proposed Williamstown Community Recovery Residence (CRR), here [via WCAX - Channel 3 TV - News (video clip available on page as well)].

[with apologies, once again, for the lack of posting by myself to this particular blog for such a lengthy period, including and most especially concerning this subject and related matters of great importance and interest]
